DIY fix — no technician neededVerified by FixOffice
Logitech Rally Bar / MeetUp lights, decoded
Applies to: Logitech Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini (MeetUp similar)
What this error means
Logitech's documented LED language for the Rally family: solid red = microphone MUTED (the one that ends 'can they hear me?' debates), solid orange = video muted, blinking orange = no display connected, solid white = in a call, blinking white = incoming call, blinking blue = Bluetooth pairing, solid cyan = powered and idle, blinking pink = firmware updating (leave it alone), and fast-blinking red = a camera/UVC error.
Symptoms
- Colored light on the bar and confusion in the room
- 'They can't hear us' (look for solid red)
- Bar seemingly frozen (check for pink = updating)
Try this first (safe DIY steps)
- Solid red: you're muted — unmute from the touch controller, room PC, or the bar
- Blinking orange: the bar sees no display — check the HDMI to the TV
- Blinking pink: firmware update in progress — do not power cycle; give it several minutes
- Fast red blink: power cycle the bar; if it persists, reseat the USB to the room PC
Safety: power off before any physical intervention. Never bypass covers or interlocks — fuser areas run hot enough to burn.
When to call a technician
