FlexiSpot 'LOC' — Keypad child lock engaged

What this error means

The keypad lock is on — a feature, not a fault, but a surprisingly common 'my desk is broken' call.

Symptoms

• LOC on display, buttons unresponsive

Try this first (safe DIY steps)

1. Press and hold the lock-icon button (on keypads that have one) or the M button for 3–5 seconds until the display unlocks — the exact button varies by keypad model
2. Note this isn't FlexiSpot-specific: UPLIFT keypads also show LOC for their lock, toggled by holding M

Safety: power off before any physical intervention. Never bypass covers or interlocks — fuser areas run hot enough to burn.
