Konica Minolta C34xx–C38xx — Fusing section fault family

What this error means

Codes in the C34xx–C38xx range relate to the fusing section: C3451/C3452 warm-up failure, C3721/C3723 abnormally high fusing temperature, C3821/C3823 abnormally low fusing temperature. Like all fuser-class faults they lock the machine, latch across power cycles, and require a service-mode trouble reset after the cause is fixed.

Symptoms

• Stops at warm-up or mid-job
• Unfused/smearing toner beforehand

1. One full power cycle (main switch, 2 minutes)
2. No further DIY on fusing faults

Safety: power off before any physical intervention. Never bypass covers or interlocks — fuser areas run hot enough to burn.
