What this error means
Panasonic's most common code: the indoor and outdoor units lost contact. Wiring, power to the outdoor unit, or a board. Breaker reset first; recurrence goes to a tech.
Symptoms
- Unit stops; H11 via CHECK diagnosis
- After power events or storms
Try this first (safe DIY steps)
- Kill power at the breaker 3–5 minutes; restore
- Verify the outdoor unit has power (its disconnect/breaker)
- Recurring: book service with the code
Safety: power off before any physical intervention. Never bypass covers or interlocks — fuser areas run hot enough to burn.
