The LCT's lift/feed mechanism faulted — same family as the tray-lift errors, same triage: clear obstructions in the LCT, power cycle, then service.
Symptoms

- Open the LCT; remove stray/jammed paper; check nothing blocks the lift plate
- Power cycle
Safety: power off before any physical intervention. Never bypass covers or interlocks — fuser areas run hot enough to burn.
