Canon E719 — Card reader / coin vendor communication error

What this error means

The machine lost contact with its copy-card reader or coin vendor accessory. Reseat the accessory's cabling first; note that if the accessory was deliberately removed, the machine needs a service-mode change to stop expecting it.

Symptoms

• Accessory recently moved or removed

Try this first (safe DIY steps)

1. Check and reseat the card reader/coin unit cable
2. Power cycle
3. If the accessory was removed on purpose, book service to deactivate it in configuration
